## Nicky Brice Ballet School – Terms and Conditions ### Our commitment Nicky Brice Ballet School is committed to supporting every dancer’s wellbeing, safety and enjoyment. We aim to provide a positive, welcoming environment in which dancers can develop their skills and confidence. Parents and guardians must inform the School of any medical condition, injury, allergy, additional need or other relevant circumstance that may affect a dancer’s participation or wellbeing. Information should be kept up to date through the parent portal. ### Data protection and privacy Nicky Brice Ballet School handles personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable data-protection law. Information is used only where reasonably necessary to administer classes, process payments, communicate with families, and support dancers’ safety and wellbeing. Information will not be sold or used for unrelated marketing. It may be shared with trusted service providers where necessary to operate the School, or with relevant authorities where required by law or for safeguarding purposes. Further details are provided in the School’s Privacy Notice. ### Fees and payments Class fees are payable termly in advance by the payment deadline shown on the invoice or parent portal. Fees are charged for a dancer’s place in the class for the full term. Refunds or credits will not normally be provided for classes missed because of illness, holidays or other personal circumstances. If the School cancels a class and cannot provide a suitable replacement class, credit or alternative arrangement, an appropriate refund or account credit will be offered. ### Ending classes One full term’s written notice is required if you wish to withdraw a dancer from a class. Notice must be submitted by email or through the parent portal no later than the final day of the preceding term. Fees remain payable during the notice period, whether or not the dancer attends. For example, to leave at the end of the summer term, written notice must be received by the final day of the spring term. ### Agreement By enrolling a dancer, the parent or guardian confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and any related policies referred to within them.
